So smiley all the time!!

Kind of hard to read it because she likes to have her hands in her mouth all the time lol but it says 3 months - 12 pounds - 11 ounces

We bought this Jumparoo from a friend and Lily has learned how to push with her legs and she bounces. She loves it!

My younger sister Beth came down from Seattle last weekend and was able to meet Lily for the first time :-)

Lily is 3 months

Well I can't believe it but my little baby is 3 months old today! She is holding her head up all the time now. Espcially when she is on her tummy!! She is rolling over ever so often now. She did it for the first time about 6 days ago :-) She talks all the time, ah goo and lots of other sounds lol. She is really talkative in the mornings and so happy all the time.

Halloween!!!

Ok so I was totally not going to dress Lily up in a costume this year, but my friends Dana and Jenny totally talked me into it today, so we went to Fredies and Target and this halloween store, I think its called Spirit, anyways, it was really hard to find one small enough for her that was still cute, but we did!! I tried it on her tonight and just wanted to leave it on! Its so much cuter then I tought it would be :-) But what do you expect from such a cute baby :-) We are going to a pumpkin patch tomorrow so I will take some pictures there too!!

2 Months

Ok, ok so its been awhile since I have updated :-) I am so bad at these!!! I think I have like all of 2 maybe 3 viewers anyways :-) There are some pictures of Gavin and also Isabelle and Logan :-)

Lily had her 2 month check up yesterday and it went well!! She is 11 lbs and 11 oz!! She is taller then 9 out of 10 babies her age and her weight is in the 75 percentile!! She is very meaty :-) The Dr. said she is very active for her age, he said most 2 month old babies still sleep alot and just pee and poop. Lily is up most of the day except for a couple naps and is alert and cooing and trying to giggle and smiles so much!! She loves faces the best still, she loves to just look at people and talk to them :-) She is getting up once during the night around 1 or 2 which I can handle seeing as how I go back to work next week :-( She also got 4 shots, 2 in each leg, she was NOT happy about that lol. The first one went in and she just looked at me like what the heck mom, then the second one went in and she frowned by the 3rd poke she was beat red and screaming like she never scremed before. I felt so bad for her, real tears!!!!! She was fine by about 6 pm and back to her normal self :-)

1 Month

Baby Liliana is one month old already!! I can not even believe it. And I have another cousin!! My Aunt Tawny had her little baby on the 9th!! He is so adorable, and he was so close to Lily's weight, it was weird to think she was that small just 4 weeks ago!!!

Lily is doing great, she is holding her head up and starting to coo at people. She loves faces and to smile :-) It just melts my heart every time!!

11 Days

Little Lily is 11 days old today! It is going by so fast! She is doing extremly well. I am so in love with her :-) Here are some pictures ;-)

Liliana Morgan Slater

Our baby has finally arrived!! Liliana Morgan was born at 6:20 pm on August 12th weighing 6 lbs and 12 oz and 19.5 inches long. She is PERFECT!!! I will write more about labor and delivery when I have had a chance to catch up on some sleep :-)

House

Todd and I have purchased our first house!! We will finally have a mortage and not rent!! We get our keys tomorrow!! We are so excited, and I am kind of glad Lily is hanging in my belly so we can hopefully get the move done. I am doing her nursery and my room first that way whenever she decidedes to come we will be ready. Todd is so excited. He has so many "projects" planned for the house and he can't wait to start all of them. He went and bought ceiling fans yesterday and was very excited about the girly pink one he picked out for Lily's room :-) We will keep everyone posted. :-)

Latest 4D Ultrasound

Here is our latest 4D ultrasound picture of Liliana. I can't wait to see her in person!! I went to the Dr. today and I am still only dialated 2!! How frustrating!! My midwife seems to think I will go on my own within the next week, my next appointment is set for the 14th (2 days after the very first originated due date) and if I have not had her by then they will unduce then or shortly there after. So exciting to know its so close to almost over!!!

40 weeks and 1 Day

Well like all of you, we are getting very impatient waiting for Liliana to come!! I had a ultrasound today and she is (guestimated of course) 17-18 inches long and about 7.5 lbs. Perfect so why dosen't she just come out!! I swear, I saw her setting tile today. She obviously is in no rush to come out!!

On another note, Todd and I will hopefully be moving into our new home this Friday!! We are so anxious and excited!! I can't wait. I just hope I have already had her, or she waits until after the weekend so we can get moved in :-)

Status Report

Well Todd and I are just 13 days away from our due date with Liliana!! I was having some contractions today at work, but they went away. I came home and packed and did laundry and drank some tea then went for a walk, the walk seemed to bring on some contractions but then they went away :-( Well at least my body is getting ready!! I also think I lost my plug today so that is also a good sign, I will have the Dr. confirm, or deny, if that is true on Friday at my appt!!! Not much else is new, our house is almost done!! We had some of Todd's family in town this weekend for Todds birthday so that was fun as well :-) We will keep everyone posted!!

Baby Shower

I had my baby shower on June 28. My sister Cristina and Aunt Lynda threw for me!! It was so much fun, weird to be having one and not throwing it for someone else :-) They did such a good job!!! We got tons of stuff and are now offically "ready" for Liliana to arrive!! As ready as you can be anyways!! Thank you everyone who was there and for all the gifts!! We are so blessed to have such wonderful families and friends. And as most of you know, my Aunt Tawny is pregnant too!! Her and her husband Matt are expectting a baby boy, Gavin, 6 weeks after we are due :-) It is pretty cool having an Aunt so close to my age (8 months and 5 days apart) and it is even more amazing our kids our going to be even closer in age ;-)

Introduction

As most of you know we are expecting our first baby this summer!! Our due date is Aug. 3rd, 2008 but lets hope she comes sooner, we are ready!! We are also having a house built in Airway Heights that is scheduled to be done Aug. 10th!!! Our family has a big busy summer!!
